  • Absolutely! There is no extra fee for having your ceremony on-site.

  • The barn interior is approximately 2,400 square feet with a maximum capacity of 150, this does vary based on the type of reception you desire.

  • For larger parties brides often consider renting a ceremony tent if inclement weather is forecast. Parties of 120 and under have held their ceremony inside the barn with guests seated at reception tables during the ceremony. Your wedding planner can help you decide.

  • There are two restrooms within the main barn for you and your guests to use.

  • A professional, experienced wedding planner is required for at least “day of” services. Our associated vendors page includes planners that have worked at the Barn in the past. For more recommendations, email Julie at julie@barnva.com.

  • Yes, a liscensed & insured full-service caterer is required. Please see our list of caterers to help start your search.

  • A full service caterer will provide staff to handle your meal and beverages. This staff will also set the building for your event then teardown after your event has concluded.

  • Our list of vendors includes both value and quality. Selections are not restricted to this list, however, we would need to meet with and approve any vendors who are new to us.

  • Parking is in the field adjacent to the barn. There is plenty of room, even for large buses. A parking attendant will be provided.

  • Yes! The Barn has central heating and air conditioning. We are excited about this and have hosted exceptional receptions in great comfort in the Barn on hot summer days. Winter events, likewise, are warm and comfortable in the Barn.

  • Aside from out onsite accommodations- The nearest hotel is the Holiday Inn Express and it’s 12 miles from the barn. There are also onsite accommodationsbed and breakfasts in the area, many of these can be found on Airbnb and ExploreGreene.com.
